Welcome to Rebel PT, an outdoor fitness and social club.
It is so easy to find an excuse not to exercise. Now imagine a session that is more fun than watching 'Antiques Roadshow'. Seriously though, our sessions are about teamwork, fun and exercise, creating an environment that you want to come back to again and again. We are wanting to get more people aware of their health, helping them to exercise and get results.
We want to make healthy lifestyles more popular and less of a chore, all while helping encourage you to step out of your comfort zone, and set yourself new and exciting challenges!
We believe people are meant to run, jump, crawl, sweat and play and we want to show you just how far you can go! So get off the sofa, get out and get active. You may get wet and muddy, but you will have fun.
In this 30 minute intro to bootcamp we will demonstrate that boot camps don’t have to be scary and fitness doesn’t have to be boring. Expect teamwork, games and a fast paced session designed to get the blood pumping and the heart beating. Rebel sessions are run so that you can go at your own pace and push yourself as hard as you feel comfortable. This session is for all abilities from bootcamp newbies to seasoned athletes.
